Indications
- Asthma (status asthmaticus)
- Anaphylactic shock
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
- Loading: 2 mg/kg IV, I/O or IM (maximum 60 mg)
- Maintenance: 0.5 mg/kg q 6 hours or 1 mg/kg q 12 hours, up to a total of 120 mg daily
