• Measure glucose to guide administration
• Do not administer routinely during resuscitation
• Newborn: Max. concentration 12.5% (0.125 g/ml)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

Infusion IV/IO:

• 0.5–1.0 g/kg – max. IV/IO concentration 25% (prepare by mixing D50 1:1 with sterile water)
