How do I obtain a group discount?
Start by clicking here to create an account. Once you have finished creating your account, you can obtain your discount by ordering prepaid codes.
Do I have to distribute the prepaid codes to my group at the time of purchase?
No. You can distribute them to your group on an as needed basis. The prepaid code will not expire for three years.
How do I distribute my prepaid codes to the rest of my group?
You can accomplish this using our site. You are able to assign each code to a person and email address. Our site will send an email to the person. The email will contain the prepaid code and redemption instructions.
How are these prepaid codes redeemed?
Prepaid codes can be redeemed by clicking the "Redeem a Prepaid Code" link on the menu to the left.
How do I know which prepaid codes have been used?
Our site will tell you which of your prepaid codes have been used and which ones are still available for redemption.
Will I get a receipt for my purchase that I can use for expense reimbursement?
Yes. You will be able to view, save or print a PDF receipt of your purchase.
When viewing the redeemed prepaid codes, what does the "status" column mean?
Redeemed prepaid codes will be in one of these status:
Outstanding - The provider has registered for an exam, but has yet to take or pass the exam.
Passed, but skills form outstanding - The provider has passed their exam, but has yet to submit their clinical skills form. This does not apply to those recertifying.
Passed - The provider has passed the exam and satisfied the requirements to earn the provider card.
Can I reassign a prepaid code to a different provider?
Yes. Unredeemed prepaid codes can be reassigned. Click on the "Assign/Edit Code" link when viewing the list of prepaid codes. Then enter the name and email of the new provider and press the "Assign Code" button.
